Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel in writing by emailing contact@fortyonedigital.uk within this 14-day period.
  • Condition of Goods: To be eligible for a refund, the goods must be returned in an unused, unopened state, with all original packaging and components intact, and in a resalable condition.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@fortyonedigital.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Await Instructions: Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without confirmation.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation.
  4. Send It Back: Post the item to the address provided.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in dispatching our orders, but in the rare event that your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Notify us at contact@fortyonedigital.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide Details: Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back. Upon receipt and inspection, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or sent in error.
